ASM Abstracts
ASM 2008 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION HAS NOW CLOSED
Abstracts are invited for the ASA 2008 Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM). All potential oral and poster presenters are required to submit abstracts by Wednesday 14 May, 2008. The presenting author must be a paid registrant.
All ASM 2008 abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission Form only. Abstracts sent via any other method (e.g. email, fax, mail) will not be processed or acknowledged.
Please submit your abstract only once. Please use plain text, and do not exceed 300 words. Please do not use any LateX symbol markup.
Immediately after submission, you will receive an automatic abstract receipt email, with your submission details. Please keep this email for your records.
After some delay, you will receive an abstract acknowledgement email from the ASA 2008 Meetings Coordinator, saying that your abstract has been successfully downloaded and reviewed. If you do not receive this acknowledgement email within 2 weeks after submission, please email the Meetings Coordinator (asa2008@cyllene.uwa.edu.au), and attach the automatic abstract receipt email to your message.
Accepted abstracts will be announced via email by Friday 20 June, 2008. Please make sure that you provide a correct email address for the corresponding author on the online abstract submission form.
We will try to accommodate all requests for talks, but some of these may be assigned to a poster session if there are insufficient timeslots. (If you wish to make multiple talk contributions, please send an email to the LOC Chair (Andre Fletcher: abf@cyllene.uwa.edu.au), who will forward your request to the ASM 2008 SOC). If you have any questions about the abstract submission procedure, please contact the ASA 2008 Meetings Coordinators:
- Elena Semidelova: asa2008@cyllene.uwa.edu.au
- Andre Fletcher: abf@cyllene.uwa.edu.au
